THE COFFEE LEDGER / OUR AGREEMENT

A shared ledger. A clear understanding.

Terms of Service

ARTICLE 01

1. Purpose and parties

These terms govern Coffee Ledger. The individual service operator provides the website; each team administrator or administrator is a user responsible for that team’s ledger and funds. Contact: dww7541@gmail.com.

ARTICLE 02

2. Service and funds

The free service provides deposits, orders, usage, balances, settlement records, Excel exports, notifications, menus and team games. Members transfer funds directly to their team administrator. The operator does not receive, hold, transfer or refund funds. Deposit approval records the administrator’s confirmation. Refund, recovery and balance transfer are internal bookkeeping, not money movement by the app. Balances are calculated from records, not automatically retrieved or verified bank balances. Administrators verify transactions and resolve team bookkeeping or settlement errors. This does not exclude the operator’s legal responsibilities.

ARTICLE 03

3. Registration and consent

Users must be at least 14, supply accurate account details and verify their email. Terms acceptance and the personal-information collection notice are presented separately. Optional analytics, ads and features can be refused without losing the basic ledger. Accepted versions and server receipt times are recorded. Historical consent is never invented for existing users.

ARTICLE 04

4. User and administrator duties

Before entering others’ information, administrators must explain purposes and team visibility and establish authority and a lawful basis. Unauthorized bank details, unnecessary personal information, unauthorized edits and exports are prohibited. Protect invitations and permissions because shared records are visible within the team. Do not use the service for impersonation, intrusion, disruption, fraud, unlawful funds transactions or gambling. Games are entertainment/selection aids and create no payment obligation or monetary reward enforced by the service.

ARTICLE 05

5. Optional features

AI extraction may be inaccurate; check menus and prices before saving. Upload only authorized menu images without personal or sensitive data. Location, push, analytics and advertising follow their notices and required permissions/consents. See the privacy policy for external processing.

ARTICLE 06

6. Withdrawal and restrictions

Request withdrawal in Settings. Login accounts and shared ledger records are distinct; automatic cleanup and records requiring identity verification are explained before withdrawal. Privacy-policy procedures apply. Settle actual funds with your administrator. Unlawful use or harm to others may lead to proportionate restrictions. Reasons and an appeal channel are provided except where urgent protective action is necessary. Appeals can be sent to the contact email.

ARTICLE 07

7. Changes and closure

We explain material service changes, maintenance and outages in advance when possible, otherwise afterward. Terms changes identify reasons, effective dates, previous versions and refusal options. Material or adverse changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. Changes requiring consent use explicit acceptance; continued use or notice acknowledgement alone is not consent. You may contact us, arrange your records and withdraw. Service closure is normally announced 30 days in advance with data-export opportunities and a privacy-handling plan.

ARTICLE 08

8. Liability and disputes

The operator remains responsible under applicable law, including for privacy obligations and intentional misconduct or gross negligence; free access does not exclude these responsibilities. Team funds are handled by the actual parties. Responsibility attributable to the operator is determined under applicable law. Disputes are first discussed through support; Korean law and statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
